MeetingBoxAI ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Lucratech Solutions at lucratechsol.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.
2. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and Google account ID. With your permission, we also access your Google Calendar (to read, create, and manage calendar events) and Gmail (to compose and send emails on your behalf).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data only to provide the MeetingBoxAI service — including managing meetings, sending invitations, and organizing calendar data. We do NOT sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We request only the minimum permissions necessary. We do not permanently store the content of your emails or calendar events on our servers.
5. Google API Policy
Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not use your Google data to train AI/ML models.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to operate our service (under strict confidentiality).
7. Your Rights
You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your data, email us at dev@lucratechsol.com.
8. Data Retention
We delete your data within 30 days of account deletion or access revocation.
9. Children's Privacy
MeetingBoxAI is not intended for children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you by updating the date above.
